This Privacy Policy outlines how MiraBot collects, uses, and stores user and server data.
1. Data Collected and Stored
The Bot requires specific data to perform its core functions.

2. Use of Data
The data collected is used solely for the functionality and maintenance of MiraBot, including:
- Enforcing the Global Mute System.
- Maintaining user-specific custom colors.
- Enabling the Global Chat Relay and Masquerade System.
- Displaying live operational statistics.
3. Data Sharing and Security
a. Data Sharing: User IDs, usernames, and custom colors are shared publicly across all servers connected to the Global Chat Relay as part of the Masquerade feature. No other personally identifiable information is shared with third parties.
b. Security: The developers implement reasonable measures to protect the stored data from unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Removal
Users may request the removal of their stored data (User ID, Custom Color, Mute status) by contacting the Bot Owner (👑) directly. Server Administrators may remove their Server ID and Channel ID by unlinking the channel (mb!unlink) or removing the Bot from the server.
