MiraBot Terms of Service

By adding MiraBot ("the Bot") to a server, or by using any of its commands or features, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

MiraBot is a social Global Chat Relay bot for Stoat.chat. You acknowledge that the primary function of the Bot is to forward messages from a designated channel on your server to other connected servers and vice versa.

2️⃣ User Responsibilities and Conduct

a. Message Content: All messages relayed through MiraBot are the responsibility of the user who sent them. b. Prohibited Conduct: No spam, hate speech, illegal content, or harassment. c. Mute System: The Bot Owner and Global Chat Staff may mute any user who violates these terms.

3️⃣ Server Administration

a. Linking/Unlinking: Server admins (mb!link,mb!unlink) are responsible for ensuring their community aligns with the global chat rules. b. Server Removal: MiraBot developers may remove a server from the Global Chat for rule violations or misuse.

4️⃣ Masquerade System

The Masquerade System allows messages to display with your username, avatar, and color. By chatting globally, you consent to sharing this info with other servers.

5️⃣ Disclaimer of Warranty

MiraBot is provided “as is” and currently in beta. No guarantees of uptime or performance are made.

6️⃣ Changes to the ToS

These Terms may change at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
